My name is Ron Roberts, and I'm driven by a singular mission: to help reprogram our world. I work toward a future that is equitable and boundless, replacing limiting systems with structures that help people thrive. At the center of my work is a simple mandate: people deserve to be seen, heard, and understood.
My journey started in South Central Los Angeles, then moved to Compton in my teenage years. It put me in a unique position: a bridge between worlds. I had proximity to the streets and exposure to every kind of socioeconomic and cultural environment. That contrast built deep empathy and taught me that while people often want the same things, they speak different languages to get there.
My path took a defining turn early. At 12, while volunteering on Skid Row with my father at Union Rescue Mission, I saw well-intended programs missing a vital element: joy and genuine community. I started suggesting ideas, and leadership asked 'how?' instead of 'why?' I began implementing toy drives, youth programs, and community activations, eventually serving on the mission's board in seventh grade.
That drive continued even after dropping out of high school. Volunteering in Watts exposed stark education and economic disparities, while time in Venice connected me to creators and tech entrepreneurs. That mix shaped a core thesis: use culture as infrastructure for social progress, and meet people where they already are.
At 18, Scooter Braun's youth activism fellowship gave me a national platform to test this thesis alongside artists and young leaders. Since then, I've applied the same operating model across tech, education, and fashion: decode incentives, communicate clearly, and drive measurable outcomes.
Most recently, I served as VP of Sales at Alpha Schools, supporting go-to-market and growth for AI-enabled education models. I was also part of the early implementation team at 2 Hour Learning deploying software into private schools and consulted Houston ISD (HISD) on AI education strategy.
Across contexts, I operate closely with leaders, often behind the scenes. My role is a trusted advisor bringing operational clarity, cultural fluency, and truth-seeking execution. I focus on asking better questions, identifying real constraints, and aligning teams around outcomes that improve both performance and people.
