Ronald Roberts is an award-winning strategist, speaker, and former youth advisor whose work in educational transformation, civic innovation, and systems reform spans more than a decade.
At 12 years old, Ronald became one of the youngest board members in the history of Union Rescue Mission, the largest homeless services provider in the United States. There, he helped shape youth-focused re-entry and education programming for families living on Skid Row—laying the foundation for a life devoted to structural change and impact.
By 15, he was appointed an educational consultant to Councilmember Mark Ridley-Thomas and Los Angeles Unified School District, advising on access initiatives and student engagement strategies within one of the country's largest public school systems.
At 18, Ronald was recruited by Scooter Braun as a Youth Activism Fellow, leading national civic engagement campaigns and youth empowerment initiatives designed to activate the next generation of changemakers through culture, storytelling, and systems design.
At 19, he was honored as Youth of the Year by STREAM Global, a premier STEM and leadership program in Southern California backed by Lockheed Martin. He received formal commendations from the United States Congress, California State Legislature, and U.S. Senate for his contributions to education and service.
Ronald later became a Business Development Consultant at Scholly Inc., a leading scholarship-matching platform in the U.S. Scholly was built to reduce student debt barriers for low-income and first-generation students and has helped students secure over $100 million in scholarships.
Ron has spoken at Columbine High School for the National Leadership Academy, addressing the intersection of educational innovation and school safety.
He also received a standing ovation from over 1,000 educators at Phi Delta Kappa's 90th International Conclave for his powerful address confronting the systemic failures of the U.S. school system.
In partnership with Nike x PeacePlayers International, Ronald helped bring educational access programming to Brownsville, New York, leveraging sport-based youth development to deliver tangible academic support in one of the country's most under-resourced neighborhoods.
Most recently, Ronald served as VP of Sales at Alpha Schools, helping scale go-to-market and growth strategy for AI-enabled learning models. He was also part of the early implementation team at 2 Hour Learning, deploying software into private schools, and consulted Houston ISD (HISD) on AI education strategy.
His current education thesis is that innovation in the sector is still early and high-variance. In this phase, he is focused on battle-tested implementation, especially for late-college and adult learners, before pursuing a zero-to-one school build from 2027 onward.
Today, Ronald builds at the intersection of culture, innovation, and impact, applying institutional experience to scalable systems that expand opportunity and unlock human potential.
